Returns

    Return Requirements

      Connect Clothing will be glad to exchange any unused item(s) within the 10 day return policy. Item(s) must be returned in the original packaging, with tags and in a new unused condition. There must be no visible stains, hairs or odor on the item(s) in order to receive an exchange or refund. Item/s MUST be sent back within 7 days of requesting return otherwise the item will be void and not seen as being returned. If these requirements are not met then Connect Clothing has the right to return the item(s) back to you. You will also be requested for a shipping fee for the item to be returned to you.

      Faulty Items

      If you believe your item(s) ordered has arrived to you in a damaged state then please contact us immediately.

        Sale Items
          Sale items are non-refundable. Most sale items can be credited/exchanged unless £5 or under, in which case these cannot be returned under any circumstance.
            Exchange/Credit Note
              Customers wanting an exchange can do so by completing the return/exchange form within their parcel. This MUST be completed within 28 days of the order date and the package received back within our possession. A payment is needed for a secondary exchange (if the value of the item is greater than the one being exchanged) otherwise a credit note will be given for the returned item. All exchanged merchandise will not be charged a re-shipping fee if the customer is within the UK, however the customer is responsible for the shipping fee for returning the merchandise. 

                Lost Return

                  We recommend returning items via Recorded services, if for whatever reason we don't receive your return, please make sure you keep proof of postage so we can still do our best to help you.
